To hear the call of beauty and respond to it, we need silence.  Join professional coach and registered yoga teacher Nicci Cloete for this weekend silent retreat at tranquil Hearth and Soul Eco Farm and Spiritual Retreat just outside Stanford in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, South Africa.

Using meditation, yoga, noble silence, breathwork and nature as our guides, together we practice the pause: using the silence to awaken to all that is around and within us, and to exploring the gap between stimulus and response so we can choose our response to the situations we find ourselves in, rather than reacting on autopilot.
